When you make a donation on the Website, you will be able to choose the third-party payment processor that will collect your donation information and process your gratuity. Refund Policy Clause –
No Refunds on Donation
This equity operates on a donation basis (voluntary contribution for access to materials). By downloading content, you acknowledge and understand that refunds are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing by Equity and Time Freelancer. Time is final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for a refund or credit under any circumstances.
Cancellation policy
Automatic 100% Cancellation Fee: If educational content (materials, resources, templates, or digital assets) is downloaded and a refund is subsequently requested, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. This fee is non-negotiable and enforceable regardless of the reason for cancellation. You may cancel your consultation prior to the scheduled exchange of time without penalty. Additionally, once the consultation has commenced or the agreed-upon time has been reserved, cancellation is subject to the terms herein above.
